This was a great meeting with Chef Carlos. We started the mtg talking about Portico Shrimp lost business and we discussed other Seafood opportunities : Haddock; Calamari; Ahi Tuna; Scallops; Bronzini; Rainbow Trout; Fresh Salmon; Frozen Grouper.
US Foods has gained all of this Seafood business, Chef Carlos agreed to give Sysco opportunity to regaining the lost Seafood sales. I am following up with S.C. and Chef Carlos to presenting other Portico Seafood items in the next few weeks.
