Gave Chef Nick a Stocked Items List – Will contact Whitney for follow up with Chef Nick and Owner, Mari, who was on vacation in Hawaii and is returning this week. He will share the samples with her. I will mail out a sample of the Canoe wild rice to the Garden Bar right away. I will ask Whitney about the Ahi Tuna and where they are getting it. (see Poke image on their Facebook page).
