The show was well attended by customers in the Missoula area, with over 300 attendees. The Bikini shrimp was also featured by Sysco chef Andy Fulton at his table. The Montana PPS team, merchandisers, and the President were very focused on customers stopping by both areas to try the bikini shrimp. Everyone was very focused on making sure customers were stopping by and sampling the Bikini shrimp and the chorizo Verde. The Caliber booth stood out with great samples and presentation plates. We were supposed to get a second table from Stacey to spread it out a bit, but we needed to make room for another vendor who was shuffled next to us. We made it work. Key accounts that loved our line: Fire Catering, Lolo Creek Steakhouse, Mambo Whitefish, Yellowstone Provisions fine food and fine wines. Hungary Hun group 4 locations.
