We met with Elena, discussed and sampled the items listed. Customer is very interested in the Bronzini, Butterfly Garlic Shrimp and Diced Tuna as well as the Octopus – Alessandra will follow up
On Tuesday 3/11 at 3:00pm I will follow up with a sample of the octopus and will conduct a cooking demo for kitchen staff – Will also bring additional samples of the Butterfly Garlic Herb Shrimp.
