Shane and I met with chef Bruno, in addition to Shane’s housekeeping we also asked for the opportunity to earn their shrimp business back. Chef Bruno stated that he was happy with our shrimp’s quality and flavor, however, in order to get the business back Shane has to match multiple additional products and prices so the chef can make the switch from PFG to Sysco. Chef Bruno added that currently he is not happy with PFG – Shane is working on matching the products.
