We met with chef Bryan, sampled and discussed the following items as well as preparing Tuna Poke with Sysco ingredients. Chef Brian was very impressed with our products and will be placing an order for the Smoked Salmon, Smoked Fish Dip, Bronzini, Diced Tuna and the Kikkoman Poke Sauce – Steve will follow up.
