NOTE: Chef Josh at Fish, resigned – We Met with chef Dan at Marevista which is currently overlooking both operations. Today we discussed and sampled the following products. Chef Dan stated that all of the items will work for Fish and planning to order them as soon as they start their first order with Sysco.
