Met with chef Luigi, discussed and sampled our new Bikini Shrimp 7341756 Shrimp White Head-on Body Peeled Tail-on 9-13ct 6/2lb. Also discussed the larger Bikini Shrimp 7341755 Portico Classic Ecuador Shrimp Head on Body Peeled Tail On 5-9ct 6/2lb.
Chef Luigi is very impressed with our products and price and is interested in both sizes, Chef stated that he will place an order this weekend for one of the two sizes to start – not decides yet on which one will order first.
Also discussed Octopus, he uses 4-6lb, we (Caliber) only offer 6-8lb which is too big for his application.
