As you know this is a reoccurring complaint from the owner Al stating the Portcls Shrimp is shrinking too much, they look glossy after cooking.
Al doesn’t let us access his kitchen and actually performing a test on the Shrimp batch he received or showing us how he handles the Shrimp prep.
You have in in the past pulled from inventory the same lot # and performed a test and everything with Shrimp performance was fine. Al said that he is still going to place a Shrimp order this week. We offered a credit for some cases to Al.
