We met with Allan and Benji, addressed customer concerns on our 5106388 Portico Classic Shrimp, White P&D Tail-off 16/20 4/2.5lb – Customer stated that it is shrinking more than the usual.
I asked the chef to cook the shrimp 20 seconds less than the usual, however, the shrimp was raw in the middle, so he cooked it for a total of 2 minutes and 30 seconds – There was some shrinkage but still met the cooked shrimp size chart.
We also cooked our 9903895 Portico Classic Shrimp, White P&D Tail-on 16/20 POF 4/2.5lb which they preferred and ordered 10 cases – Shane will follow up to make sure there are no issues.
