Customer is currently using Costar White Shrimp 21/25 P&D Tail On – We sampled our 5106402 Portico Classic Shrimp, White, P&D Tail-off 21/25 4/2.5lb/2.5lb – NOTE: Tyler priced this item which is the tail on match 6734939 Portico Classic Shrimp, White P&D Tail-on 21/25 4/2.5lb.
• On the sizing chart our Portico Shrimp were more consistent
• Moisture release measurement test: Competition’s shrimp released more moisture
• Cooking test: Competition’s shrimp shrank considerably while the Portico shrimp met will standards
We also discussed bikini shrimp and invited customer to the European Imports food show – Sampled the following items which chef Peppe will discuss with the owner – Tyler will follow up
