European Imports food show Bikini Shrimp follow up – We met with chef Zoltan, discussed and sampled the products listed below. Chef Zoltan is very interested in the Pangasius for his crew dining (about 2,800 meals daily). If chef decides to purchase our Pangasius, Patrick will communicate with merchandising on cases needed.

Customer will try our Bikini Shrimp and will follow up with Patrick.
NOTE: Customer is using our Portico shrimp

Chef Zoltan asked for food donations for an event to be held on September 8th – Patrick will provide Portico products case purchase in order to identify best option for donation.
