We met with chef Kenny, discussed and sampled the listed products. Customer stated that he will use our Tuna Poke and is also interested in our 7078993 Portico Classic Shrimp, White P&D Tail-on 16/20, Cooked – Abe will follow up.
NOTE: Customer is using whole fresh Branzini and will not switch – Customer stated that at present that at present time he has no use for the rest of the products sampled.
