We met with exec chef Nick and chef Charles, discussed and sampled the following products. Customer placed an order for one case of the Tuna Medallions (guaranteed sale) and is interested in the 13/15 P&D Shrimp and the Butterfly Garlic Shrimp for possible weekly specials. Also interested in the Calamari Steaks for staff meals – Andrew will follow up
