European Imports Show follow up – Met with Miguel, customer stated that our shrimp were shrinking too much in cooking applications. Discussed proper cooking procedures which customers related and observed his kitchen staff. Ultimately customer solved the issue by correcting cooking procedures. I will follow up with Carlos after May 5th with new CES items.
