We met with Mr. Salem (owner), Oussama (GM) and Mohammed (GM), conducted a shrimp cutting, following is a recap – Thank you Lance for your expertise and for showing our customers the advantage of using our Portico shrimp!
NOTE: Ultimately Mr. Salem selected our Portico Shrimp which will use as follow:

Ø 9903975 26/30 -Will be used not breaded for shrimp baskets and sandwiches –

Customer currently using Preference 31/40 P&D tail on 605 ceases weekly – NOTE: Shrimp usage will increase greatly once all additional restaurants open for business.

On the sizing chart our Portico 9903976 was more uniform, all shrimp met the expected size while Preference had a larger gap in sizing and some of the smaller shrimp did not meet the standard chart size.
