Met with Natalie (Mgr). on a prospect call. They use a small jobber (On-line Seafood) for their seafood items. Discussed working with Sysco on the items above and more specifically the 2 “NEW” CES items. Will need to follow up and make an appointment with Natalie and their Chef to show samples. Restaurant has been there for 10 years but is on their 3rd owner. New owner has had the business since July.
