Kathy presented the shrimp training session to the Minnesota and Western Minnesota teams, with Jack Brunning and Clayton Barton, PPS’s for both sites. They went great – lots of good engagement and questions. I met Mark Akeroyd, president of both sites (from old Red River and North Texas Region). He has been in position for a year, and the SC’s are VERY new. (30% under 6 months). Jack and Kathy are meeting soon- will deliver and Shrimp Books to both of them. Met 3-4 DSM’s that would like to schedule some huddles soon. Jack would like to meet to discuss strategy around key account calls and blitzes.
