There were separate rooms. Caliber was invited to participate in the Vendor room and not the CES room. There were 4 items to present at the Vendor event, so as I was alone, I could not prepare a plated presentation – but did serve Bronzini samples. Chef Patrick Britton had lots of positive feedback on the Bronzini throughout the week. The feedback he received from everyone who tasted it at the Vendor event was that it was delicious!
