Caliber presented “Shrimp” during one of the breakout’s. Had 25 total minutes for the breakout. 9 minutes was a pre-recorded video, 5 minutes went to the PPS to push items they were trying to unload and we had 11 minutes to go through the entire presentation.
I did not think this was a reasonable amount of time for us to connect with the audience and provide the time for a deep Q&A.
We had a table set up with a block, EZPL, P&D Tail on, and cooked shrimp. The cooked shrimp were available for sampling which next to nobody did.
Did not have time after the presentation to talk with the SC’s about any opportunities.
We had sound issues during the first breakout. Pretty amazing that they couldnt figure out the sound. This disrupted the first breakout. (see image 4 of tech holding the Micraphone next to the laptop speaker in order to get some kind of sound)
We did a “Portico Match” exercise which I though was beneficial but again, the entire presentation was rushed.
We should have sales blitzes tied to the day before and/or after GSM’s and shows.
