Great event. We participated in lunch, not a breakout. The protein specialists covered by the bronzino during the breakouts and we offered samples during lunch break.

Those who tried a sample LOVED the product. I made some good connections with some SC’s who were very interested but it was difficult to have a conversation with anyone specific as the group pretty much bum-rushed the sample tables and left.

Ended up cooking too many sample pieces. About 1/3 of attendees didn’t want to try the Branzino.

I prepared two samples for display to show off the versatility of the fish. I pan-fried one and chargrilled the other. One skin side up, and the other down.
