I presented the new SUPC 7283438 Rainbow Trout, Pin-bone removed single filet 6oz during a round robin training at the OPCO. John Rosenberg was with me and assisted in cooking and presenting. We presented to 7 districts. We had alomst 10 minutes per district to inform them about the specs, attributes, applications, and selling points of the fish. The traiing went very well. Sidenote, people dont want to eat fish at 9am with their morning coffee!
I did see some inconsistencies in size which I relayed to Denny who forwarded the info to the supplier.
