Turmeric Indian Bar & Grill Sarasota – Customer had issues with our 5729690 Portico Classic Shrimp, Tiger, P&D Tail-on U/12 4/2.5lb, stating that it was shrinking too much in the cooking execution and switched to UF Food (4 cases weekly)
We met with Alex, addressed his concerns as well as reiterating the Portico Shrimp Advantage. Also conducted the following shrimp test – After our cutting the customer will switch back to our shrimp.
