Discussed all the samples with Chef Evan and Met Mike Daniels – owner, who is a former 25-year vet with Sysco as a DSM at Western Minnesota. Gave him our company items list and told him about our role at Sysco. He was super nice and want to try the Bikini Shrimp. They are great Sysco customers, just opening in December of last year. Beautiful and busy restaurant. Will follow up with Whitney, SC next week.
